Delete carFlo Account & Data

If you want to delete your carFlo account, clear your data, or manage your information, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting support. Below are the options available to you.

1. Delete Account (Permanent Deletion)

How to delete your account:

Open the carFlo app → Go to Settings → Tap on Account → Tap on Delete Account → Tap Confirm.

Alternative Request:

If you no longer have the app installed, you can send an email to lukadjuricdjurke@pm.me with the subject "Delete carFlo Account". Please make sure to send the email from the address associated with your carFlo account, or include the email address of the account you want to delete.

What is deleted (within 7 days):

Upon your deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our databases:

  • Your email address and user ID
  • All vehicle profiles and specifications
  • All log entries and expenses (fuel, services, registration, repairs, etc.)
  • App preferences and configurations
  • Purchase history information

What we retain:

We retain anonymized purchase transaction metadata (e.g., transaction ID, amount, timestamp) for up to 2 years to comply with accounting, legal, and tax obligations under local laws and Google Play billing policies. This data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to any individual user.

2. Delete Data (Keep Account)

How to clear all log data while keeping your account:

Open the carFlo app → Go to Settings → Tap on Data Management → Tap on Clear All Data.

What is deleted:

This action will immediately wipe all your vehicles, logs, refills, and expense entries from your device and cloud sync (if enabled). Your user account will remain active and empty, allowing you to start tracking fresh whenever you wish.
