1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CarFlo. By accessing or using our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use CarFlo.

2. Description of Service

CarFlo is a vehicle logbook application available on iOS and Android platforms. The service allows users to track vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, expenses, and trip history. To provide these services, the app may require certain device permissions as explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts

You may use CarFlo without an account for local tracking. However, certain features like cloud synchronization may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

CarFlo is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the app.
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Upload or transmit any malware or malicious code.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all data you input into CarFlo. By using cloud sync features, you grant CarFlo a limited license to host and backup your data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you log.

6. Intellectual Property

The CarFlo brand, logo, and app interface are the exclusive property of CarFlo. The software is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your device account settings.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CarFlo is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be free of errors. Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months or $10, whichever is higher.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CarFlo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of any material changes via in-app notifications.

12. Termination

CarFlo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Developer's Jurisdiction].

14. Apple-Specific Provisions

  • CarFlo, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for CarFlo.
  • In case of warranty failure, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no further warranty obligation.
  • Apple is not responsible for product liability or consumer protection claims.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
